2. You will receive feedback on: quantity details, delivery address, disposal costs.
3. Send the sample according to our specifications.
4. After receipt we examine the raw materials. 2-3 weeks later you will receive our short report.

• Delivery cost and shipment will be paid by the sender
• Processing time: 2-3 weeks after receipt of material
• Processing fee per raw material 100,00 Euro
• Materials are stored for max. 3 months; after that they are disposed of.
• Disposal costs: 50.00 Euro flat rate per raw material.
• Disposal costs are to be paid in advance or with the shipment of the raw materials.

The investigation includes a brief report on the raw material. The investigation does not automatically include the optimization or development of a concrete formulation. The investigation serves to classify the raw material; in this context, we make recommendations for potential use.
